A lace material is one of the most beautiful and delicate material, it is one of the trendiest material as well, lace dresses and using lace in a dress has been in fashion ever since 90’s. Lace is one of the fabrics that are not going out of the fashion any sooner as well.
Why is lace used?
Lace is mainly used to design clothes and dresses, in the olden days it was only used with the cotton material but not people even use it with the other materials and fabrics like silk and nylon etc. so laces are ideally used to add a different touch to the dress, according to the veterans it gives a very feminine touch to any dress.
What is lace exactly?
Lace is a very delicate material, and it has a web like pattern and is designed in n number of designs now, having these many options one can choose anyone of them irrespective of the lace type.
Irish crochet – one can just simply choose the chrochet lace, this type of lace has a three-dimensional look which was originated in the 19th century in the Ireland.
Chantilly lace – the specialty of this lace is that is a handmade lace made by the bobbin lace from the city in the Chantilly.  This was back in the 17th century and was made in France.
Alencon lace- a needle like lace which has a beautiful look, this lace was also originated in the 16th century and was made in France.
The cons of having a lace fabric is that it is a very thin material and it can be damaged easily, so using this material all over your dress can be risky. Make sure that you have some other fabric attached to it as well, while stitching the lace fabric one can face many difficulties and so this is not exactly what one is looking for, you have to be even conscious about the cleaning the lace fabric dress as there are chances that they might get damaged at that time.
